☻ RETURN POLICY & REFUND ☻
Wobbly Studio offers the opportunity to return your goods. You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any intact product in their original packaging.
Otherwise, if damaged, incomplete or absent, the items will not be returned or refunded.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
In case of return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping freight and provide the return label.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered.
☻ ORDER CANCELLATION ☻
If you decide to cancel your order, that's abolutely fine. You'll get a refund, minus the credit card/paypal processing fees.
The cancellation has to be done before items are being shipped, you have 24 hours to cancel your order, you can do it by sending an email to [email protected]
☻ WORKSHOP CANCELLATION ☻
If you can't make the workshop, you have a few alternatives available.
It basically depends on how many days notice you’re able to provide. The closer it is to the date of your workshop then the higher the cancelation fee is.
The reason for this is that Wobbly Studio is unable to fill the spots on such late notice to then absorb the costs.
• Before 7 business days : We are able to refund you 100% of your booking cost (minus the credit card/paypal processing fees)
Or you can rebook into a later date that suits you.
• 7-4 business days : We are able to refund you 75% of your booking cost (minus the credit card/paypal processing fees)
• 3-1 business days - We are able to refund you 50% of your booking cost (minus the credit card/paypal processing fees)
• 24 hours : Unfortunately with only 24 hours notice, we are unable to refund your booking cost.
☻ UNCOLLECTED PARCELS ☻
If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, and we get your order back, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund, as well as a 50 SEK of administrative fee.
If you wish to get your order again, you'll have to pay for a new shipping.
