If you re in Stockholm, you have the possibility to pick up your order at my studio in Aspudden.
Enter STUDIO in the discount box at check-out and it will remove automatically the shipping. I'll reach out to find a day and time that fits us both for a pick-up.
• SWEDEN : 30 SEK for stickers / 95 SEK for posters, textile and small items (brooch, lucky charm, etc) / 120 SEK for ceramics / 160 SEK for bigger pieces
Expected delivery time : 1-3 working days
• EU AND EUROPE : 50 SEK for stickers / 130 SEK for posters, textile and small items (brooch, lucky charm, etc) / 185 SEK for ceramics / 250 SEK for bigger pieces
Expected delivery time : up to 7 working days
• REST OF THE WORLD : 70 SEK for stickers / 150 SEK for posters and textile / 150 SEK for small items (brooch, lucky charm, etc) / 280 SEK for ceramics / 330 SEK for bigger pieces
Expected delivery time : 10 days to 2 weeks (sometimes more)
NB : All the cost mentioned are flat rates based. Meaning that whether you buy 1 or 2 products, the cost stay the same.
☻ DUTIES & TAXES ☻
If you leave outside of the European Union, custom duties and fees will apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to Wobbly Studio. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
☻ DAMAGES ☻
Ceramic are very fragile. If you receive a broken or damaged shipment (this goes for posters too or any other Wobbly Studio's products), please take photos of the parcel and its content, and contact me within 3 days at [email protected]
I will replace any damaged pieces free of charge, as long as there are in stock, or you will get a refund.
